What is coaching?
Coaching is a positive approached partnership. Coaching has a precise objective that is established by the client at the beginning of every session. Through the use of active listening, conscious awareness and with intuitiveness, I will encourage you to commit and take action, provide you with tools, share perspectives through a detached position or help you to be reflective and create opportunities for awareness. As in sports, coaching provides an individual with tools, encouragement, knowledge and perspectives to allow them an opportunity to develop their full potential.
How can you benefit from coaching?
By being open minded, understanding and honest with yourself coaching can be very rewarding. Coaching helps engaged clients to define professional and personal goals. Coaching helps understand different perspectives and opinions. Coaching helps by creating awareness, clarifying ideas, simplifying problems, learning how to detach, identifying the next step towards a goal or a dream.
My objective
To promote and encourage you to discover your own happiness, joy and peace. I provide an environment free of judgement and complete confidentiality to discuss these matters with benevolence. My goal is NOT to remain in your life, but to help you obtain, create and discover the tools you need to move forward on your path. You will always have control on the decisions on the actions you will or will not take. You are in control of your life.
Coaching is NOT
It is important to clarify that coaching is not psychotherapy. I am not a psychologist, I'm am not a therapist. If you require information or tools regarding psychiatric challenges such as those indicated in the DCM-5 Manual (see link below for all challenges) please consult your doctor.

Ideal for those who want to identify a specific area in their lives that they would like to improve, the next step towards an action or a goal that has already been established, how to get a better perspective of a problem or situation. These are simply a few examples.

200$*
3 x 1 hour sessions
Some coaching requires more time and more coaching because of the complexity of the goal or the obstacles surrounding it. Clients who want to explore subjects and desire follow-up sessions to clarify, regroup or examine progress towards the short term gaol or objective.

360$*
6 x 1 hour sessions
This partnership is for the client who is engaged in a sort term or long term action, objective or goal. This option is suitable for situations require more work from the participant, more perspective, more understanding. Examples can be to help un-programing old though processes, abandoning out dated defence mechanisms, understanding difficult relationships, and more.
